Wedding Services

A standard wedding ceremony includes prelude music, music during the formal service itself, and postlude music. The wedding party selects music for the formal part of the ceremony from my list of repertoire. This typically includes the Processional(s), Meditation/Interlude, and Recessional, although other arrangements can be made. I will work with the wedding party to select Prelude and Postlude music, matching the musical style of the ceremony. My services include the following:

1. Approximately 20 minutes of Prelude music. Themed programs are available; please inquire if interested.
2. Processional song(s) - example: “Canon in D” by Johann Pachelbel - video below
3. Meditation/Interlude song(s) - example: “Can't Help Falling In Love with You” - video below
4. Recessional song(s) - example: “Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring” by Johann Sebastian Bach
5. Approximately 15 minutes of Postlude music as guests disperse.

I will perform works from my classical and popular music repertoire for the guests of the wedding party during the cocktail hour, directly after the ceremony, and/or for a dinner hour. 

If you wish to have marimba music at your cocktail hour or dinner hour only, I'll be more than happy to accommodate your event.

I welcome special requests! All requests need to be submitted in a timely fashion so that I can determine if they can be arranged for your ceremony. Please contact me with specific works/songs, themes or additional instruments that you are considering.

My marimba is a Malletech 5.0 Octave Imperial Grand, a professional-level instrument of the highest quality to ensure that you are hearing the most beautiful sounds possible. I provide my own instrument and transportation to your event at no extra charge.
